How much caffeine is in one pouch?

One PYK pouch contains 100 mg of caffeine – about as much as one cup of coffee. Along with caffeine, PYK contains 100 mg of L‑theanine, an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves.

How many pouches a day?

One PYK pouch contains 100 mg of caffeine, so the recommended maximum is 4 pouches a day (400 mg of caffeine). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. PYK is for people aged 18 and over.

Can people see the pouch when you talk?

The pouch sits between your gum and your upper lip. Nobody sees it when you talk.

How is it different from coffee?
